Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by LogicLoom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“client,” “you”) agree to abide by these terms, which are governed by the laws of Nepal.

1. Services Provided

LogicLoom offers a wide range of outsourcing services, including but not limited to:

  • Operational management
  • Resource and employee management
  • Financial oversight
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Team building and recruitment All services provided are subject to the scope of the agreement made with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information required for service provision.
  • Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax and labor laws, related to their business operations.

3. Fees and Payments

  • All fees for services will be outlined in a formal agreement between LogicLoom and the client.
  • Payments must be made in full by the deadlines specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.
  • Bulk payments handled on behalf of clients for outsourcing purposes will be processed in accordance with Nepalese financial laws.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of service. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the business relationship, subject to legal requirements.

5. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing a written notice 30 days in advance. Termination by the client will be subject to payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

6. Liability

LogicLoom will not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Delays or failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, legal or regulatory changes, or disruptions in the supply of resources. Clients assume all responsibility for ensuring that the services are appropriate for their specific business needs.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of services provided by LogicLoom shall be resolved through mutual negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, as per Nepalese arbitration laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any legal proceedings must be initiated within Nepalese jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
