About the role
We are building AI-powered and blockchain-backed systems that need to be fast, reliable and maintainable. You will work across the full stack, from Go and Node.js backend services to React and Next.js frontends, with AI agents and Hyperledger Fabric woven throughout. This is core product work, not side-project territory. You will work on-site in Bhaktapur with a team that ships fast and takes quality seriously.
What you will work on
- Build AI agents using LLMs, LangChain, and Python AI frameworks
- Integrate AI capabilities into full-stack products as a core feature, not a side project
- Use AI-assisted development tools daily: Cursor, Claude, Copilot are part of how we work
- Accelerate your own workflow with AI tooling and bring that mindset to the team
- Develop and maintain enterprise blockchain applications using Hyperledger Fabric
- Build distributed ledger solutions for real business problems
- Integrate blockchain into full-stack systems securely and reliably
- Build scalable services using Go and Node.js with clean REST APIs
- Write Python for AI development and data pipelines
- Design systems that do not break at scale
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- Build modern, responsive UIs in React and Next.js with TypeScript
- Server components, App Router, strict mode. No any types
- State management with Redux or Context API
- Integrate AI and blockchain features into the UI layer
What we are looking for
Required
- 5 to 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on Go and Node.js for backend development
- Proficiency in Python for AI development
- Proven Hyperledger Fabric experience for enterprise blockchain
- Solid React.js with Redux or Context API and TypeScript
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
- REST APIs, GraphQL and secure system design
- Active use of AI coding tools: Cursor, Copilot, Claude
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have
- AWS cloud platform experience
- Next.js App Router and server components
- GraphQL API design experience
- Experience working in regulated industries
- Opinions about architecture you can actually defend
